Mommy D. Pacquiao 62nd Birthday

It was again a great honor to do Mommy D’s bday photo shoot. It was my second coverage and I was very honored when Paolo Sunglao of Ranchero made a slideshow that was projected on a video wall using the images I shoot during Mommy D’s last birthday. This year’s bday is Manny Pacquiao’s gift to his “superstar” mom and it also coincided with the blessing of the newly-opened PACMAN Gym at Brgy. Calumpang, General Santos

The theme for this years party was Radiant Summer and the cakes were decorated all over with Barbie dolls simply because PacMom likes Barbie dolls so much. The dominant color of the day was blue and the celebrant made three attire changes for the duration of the party. Unlike last year when Mommy D gave a dance number to the delight of her guests, this year, she entertained everyone with an Imelda Papin song “Bakit” (Kung Liligaya ka sa Piling ng Iba). Guest list includes big names like Former Pres. Erap Estrada, Gov. Chavit Singson and Gov. Miguel DOminguez. Jinkee personally selected the beautiful and pricey Hermes bag which is the couple’s b-day gift for Mommy D. The party lasted till early morning but thankfully, I was still charged to do the next day’s early morning wedding coverage. A very happy b-day, Mommy D and thank you for always trusting me to cover the most important events of your life.
